Please be advised that The Kettering Yacht Club (KYC), Annual General Meeting, will be held on Tuesday the 11th of August, 2026, in the KYC Clubrooms. The meeting will commence at 19:00 and it is requested that all attendees be seated by this time.

Proposed Changes To the Constitution (if required) 

Should you wish to nominate for a position on the Committee, a nomination form has been attached. Also attached is the Election Explained document, outlining who is eligible to nominate for the Committee, who is eligible  to vote and the voting process.

Completed nomination forms should be submitted to the club secretary (secretary@kyc.yachting.org.au ), by no later than close of business, Tuesday the 27th of July, 2026.
