Radio Comms - all boats must have a working VHF radio to allow communications to be received from the Committee Boat and also provide transmission should an issue take place. These can be hard installed on larger boats or a suitable handheld VHF on smaller boats. Obviously, preferable to have a floating and waterproof handheld tethered to the boat.
